10月18日、渋谷・文化村通りが華やかなランウェイへと姿を変えた。「渋谷ファッションウィーク2026秋」のメインイベント「SHIBUYA RUNWAY」が開催され、ファッションブランド「RE.」（アールイードット）を手がける仲里依紗さんをはじめ、学生デザイナーやダンサーのyurinasia（ユリナジア）さんらが登場。ファッションと書道、ダンスが融合した多彩なパフォーマンスが繰り広げられた。

路上ファッションショーに沸く会場

Shibuya Fashion Week is an urban event held primarily in spring and autumn since 2014, with the aim of creating vibrancy in the city through fashion. Large commercial facilities around Shibuya Station collaborate to disseminate fashion and culture from Shibuya to both domestic and international audiences. This year marks the 26th edition of the event.

今秋のコンセプトは「渋谷的 ENKAN -THE SHIBUYA ENKAN-」。人や文化が交わり、時代を巡って新しい価値を生み出す「循環」をテーマに、昨年に続いて「渋谷音楽祭」と連携。ファッションに書道やダンスなど異なるカルチャーを掛け合わせた3部構成のランウェイショーを展開した。

この日は雲一つない青空が広がり、気温は24度近くまで上昇。文化村通りの一部を交通規制し、車道をランウェイ会場として活用した。沿道には外国人観光客を含む多くの人が集まり、モデルやパフォーマーをスマートフォンで撮影する姿が目立った。

From sustainability to calligraphy x dance

第1部「THE BATON」では、「SUSTAINABLE（サステナブル）」をテーマに、モード学園の学生たちが参加。自然の力強さや生命のエネルギーを表現した色彩豊かな衣装や、多様性をテーマにしたモノトーンの作品などを披露した。

ボリュームのあるスカートやシャープなシルエット、ドレスの要素を取り入れたスタイルなど、若い世代の自由な発想や感性を生かしたランウェイを繰り広げた。

In the second part, "THE WRITE STYLE," the traditional Japanese art of calligraphy was fused with contemporary performance. Dancer yurinasia, who performs both domestically and internationally, appeared and, while performing her original dance, created a calligraphy performance with a large brush while dancing alongside dancers dressed in white costumes. This performance showcased calligraphy, which aims to be registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, as a new cultural expression unique to Shibuya.

Yurinasia reflected, "I've been working as a dancer, but it's been decades since I last held a brush, so I was very nervous." She smiled and added, "I was able to concentrate my mind through calligraphy and focus on my performance more than usual. I was amazed by the power of calligraphy." Regarding the large audience, she said, "I was moved to see so many people gathered for fashion and get so excited. It's an honor to be able to perform here."

フィナーレとなる第3部「THE ECHO」では、仲里依紗さんがプロデュースするファッションブランド「RE.」が登場。同ブランドが掲げる「一度あったことが、もう一度繰り返される」というコンセプトと「渋谷的 ENKAN」を重ね、渋谷のストリートカルチャーと融合したランウェイを展開した。

ショーの最後には、仲里依紗さんと妹でモデルの仲れいなさんが登場。2人がランウェイを歩くと、沿道の観客から大きな歓声と拍手が湧き起こり、華やかにフィナーレを飾った。

This day also happened to be Riisa Naka's 37th birthday. In a press interview after the show, Naka spoke with deep emotion, saying, "I really love the city of Shibuya, and I came to Tokyo because I wanted to work in Shibuya. I was able to have models walk in the clothes of the brand I produce, and I was able to walk in them myself. Something I've dreamed of since I was a teenager has finally come true," and she smiled, adding, "It was a really great birthday."

Ms. Naka, who has admired Shibuya fashion since childhood through magazines and comics, revealed that "it was truly my dream to become a shop assistant at Shibuya 109," and expressed her joy at currently running a pop-up store for her own brand at SHIBUYA109 Shibuya. Regarding the appeal of fashion, she said, "When you wear clothes you like, you can smile. I want to change the mindset of people who think that fashion doesn't suit them to a more positive one," and showed her enthusiasm by saying, "I want to spread the appeal of 'Shibuya = Fashion' to people who visit Shibuya from all over the world."

実行委員長を務める渋谷道玄坂商店街振興組合理事長の大西賢治さんは「今回は新しい3つのランウェイを行い、これまでとはだいぶ雰囲気が違ったのでは。多くの人に楽しんでもらえたと思う」と手応えを語った。2014年から続く取り組みが26回目を迎えたことについても「いい意味で歴史の積み重ねを感じる。来年も楽しみにしてもらえるように頑張りたい」と話した。

Shibuya Ward Mayor Ken Hasebe said, "I am proud that we can showcase Shibuya's unique culture on a road that is normally used by cars. I would like to express my gratitude to the local people and businesses for their cooperation in making this event so grand." He added, "Shibuya is a city where diverse people have come together, accepted each other, and created new cultures and values. I hope that Shibuya will continue to transmit fashion and culture to the world."

ランウェイショー終了後には、文化村通りのレッドカーペット上で一般来場者向けの書道体験会も企画された。当日は渋谷駅周辺で「渋谷音楽祭」も開催され、ファッションや音楽、伝統文化など、多彩なカルチャーが街を彩った。
