[Offline Seminar & Networking Event Overview]
"We started recruiting by job type, but the job types are not well known, so we are not receiving any applications."
"There are a lot of applications for popular research positions, but no applications for production technology positions."
"There are no opportunities to communicate the appeal of the job, making it difficult to appeal to applicants."
Every year, we receive more and more concerns and inquiries like the ones above from human resources and recruitment personnel at manufacturing companies that are engaged in job-specific recruitment.
So this time, we welcomed Kanazawa-san and Uchida-san from Asahi Group Japan Co., Ltd. as our guests.
We will discuss the bias in job-based/occupation-specific recruitment at manufacturing companies, and how to raise awareness of the job type itself.
The topic is common issues faced by recruiters at manufacturers, and you can only hear about them in a closed, face-to-face setting.
Through stories of success and failure, we will hold a talk session to hear the "secrets" to successful recruitment by job type.
On the day, we will provide an opportunity for participants to interact with each other and deepen their learning by thinking together about "future job-specific recruitment" at manufacturing companies.
Light snacks and alcohol will be available on the day, so please feel free to register.
