How to create an organization that continues to generate new businesses

For those interested in systems and organizations that create new businesses

We can all relate to the importance of generating ideas and bringing them to fruition in modern organizations.
However, unfortunately, there are not many cases where ideas that come up from the field are actually used to build businesses or organizations. In fact, the following comments are often heard from young business people who are the parties involved:

"No matter how many ideas I propose, they are rarely evaluated and never take shape." "People tell me to keep trying, but it's obvious that even if I do try, it will end up in loss."
However, on the other hand, when we look at those in management and administration, we often see comments such as, "Employees don't make any proactive suggestions," and "The more proactive employees are, the quicker they change jobs," as if they are unaware of the ideas of younger employees.

What does this mean? Although both parties want to improve the organization through ideas, no ideas are produced, and even if they are produced, they are ignored. Behind this lies a structural problem in the organization. To put it simply, the most important problem is that "there is no 'soil' within the organization where ideas can grow and bear fruit."

Hirokazu Oda (MIMIGURI Inc.) has written a book titled "Designing a Place Where Ideas Continue to Bring Fruit," which addresses these issues and other problems that arise primarily in new business development. The book does not discuss "how to come up with ideas" but rather "how to create an organization where the ideas that are generated can grow and bear fruit."

At this event, moderator Oda Hirokazu and guests Moriya Minoru and Ui Yoshimi will talk about "How to create an organization that continues to generate new businesses."
