UFC (Urban Farmers Club), which spreads agriculture in cities, and LFC (Local Food Cycling), which connects nutrients through composting in cities, are working together to envision the future and exchange activities.

As part of this, we are offering compost consultations and on-site collection at Shibuya Riverside.
In addition, the compost collected experimentally is being used by participants to grow Shibuya arugula.

This year, we are planning to hold the event at the Shibuya Botanical Center, but we will inform you of the details at a later date.

Shibuya River Street Farm, 1-30 Higashi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0011

Directions:
・From the Namikibashi intersection in Shibuya, head up the street with the green-roofed public toilets towards Daikanyama.
・As you go up, you will come across a bridge. Just past the bridge, go to the left and you will see a concrete gate with the number "61" written on it. This is the entrance to the park.
・Go through the gate and go down the stairs or the slope on the right (see photo below).

On the other side of the hill, along the river, there are three things lined up, in that order: 1) several pots of grape vines, 2) a row of three planters with white wooden frames, and 3) a square planter.

・There is a tree right next to the planter (③), and behind that is a wooden compost box (see photo below). This is the collection area.

*This applies to compost made with LFC compost. The compost we receive will be used in a field at River Street as part of a demonstration experiment.
