The Japanese sake event "SAKE PARK 4 Cups" will be held for two days on November 16th (Sat) and 17th (Sun) at the Shibuya Ward Miyashita Park Lawn Square on the rooftop of MIYASHITA PARK.

This event, organized by the SAKE PARK Executive Committee, is the fourth since it started in the spring of 2023. When it was held this spring, it was a huge success, attracting a total of 20,000 visitors. This fall, 28 notable sake breweries from all over the country and five craft sake breweries will gather in Shibuya to introduce the appeal of famous sake from all over the country through a tasting comparison. In particular, the pairing of food and alcohol made by famous restaurants and notable chefs in Tokyo is one of the attractions of this event. This time, yakitori restaurants "YAKITORI Moe" and "YAKITORI Moes" in Roppongi, stew specialty restaurant "Nikomi-ya Akaneko" in Shinagawa, Italian restaurant "Quindi" in Yoyogi-Uehara, and chocolate shop "SOCORA bespoke chocolate lab" in Aobadai, Yokohama are scheduled to open.

Additionally, for the first time, sake brewed overseas will also be on offer. Recently, an increasing number of people have become fascinated with Japanese sake and are trying their hand at sake brewing overseas, and sake brewed overseas in environments different from Japan, such as ingredients and climate, is being produced one after another. America is particularly popular, and this time, with the cooperation of the Sake Brewers Association of North America, a North American sake brewing association, several sakes from North American sake breweries will be on offer.
