Tokyo Chocolate Salon is a new event for all chocolate fans, where you can discover and experience a wide variety of chocolates from Japan and abroad. It will be enjoyed by those who love cacao and chocolate, as well as those who love sweets.

Q: I would like to participate for both days. Is that possible?
A: Thank you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please purchase two tickets (for two days).
Q: Is re-entry possible?
A: Yes, it is possible. You will be given a paper wristband upon entry, so please present it when re-entering the venue.
Q: I would like to cancel (or change) my ticket. Is this possible?
A: After you have applied, you cannot cancel your ticket on Peatix. If you wish to cancel your ticket, please contact the organizer directly. There is no cancellation fee until the day before the event, but on the day of the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the participation fee will be charged.
Note: Due to the Peatix system, a refund fee of 500 yen will be charged for each cancellation in the following cases.
・If more than 50 days have passed since the payment date for credit card payments
・If you purchase tickets at a convenience store or ATM
Q: Can I get a receipt?
A: We ask that you issue the card yourself.
You can access your receipt data by clicking "Receipt Data" in the detailed email sent to you after completing your application.
You can also edit the addressee and notes by clicking "Edit Mode".
