The theme of this event is:
"RE:Wellness ~Reconstructing my body and mind~"
Housework, childcare, work...women have many roles to play every day and tend to end up putting off changes to their own bodies and minds.
This event was planned to provide an opportunity for women who tend to overlook the changes and discomforts that occur with age to take a moment to take a fresh look at their own bodies and minds, and live healthier lives every day.
It's an open event where you can come and go as you please, even with your children.
We hope that you will feel closer to Femcare and use this time to face your own body and mind.
