Satish Kumar is one of the leading thinkers, educators, ecologists and peace activists of our time. Schumacher College in the UK, founded by Satish, is renowned as a hub for modern ecology and holistic thought. A documentary titled "Satish Sensei's Dreaming University" has been published by Yukkurido, which carefully records the "One Week of Learning" that Professor Sloth Shinichi Tsuji and his seminar students spent at Schumacher with Satish and other wise men.

Why not join the author, Tsuji-san, and the wonderful guests connected to Satish, and relive the "miraculous week" described in the book? After 8 p.m., we will also hold a book signing session and a circle for idle chatting, as time permits. Let's meet and get together!

-------------
"The excitement I felt then still lingers to this day.
The week I spent with Professor Satish at Schumacher College
It has changed the lives of our students!"

"Now that I have a family, the lessons I learned at Schumacher College really hit home.
It was a learning experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life."
(From former seminar students who appear in this book)
-----------

What did the students learn and what emotions did they feel while walking along the seaside, riverside, and forests in national parks, in kitchens, vegetable gardens, pubs, bars, and cafeterias, during morning meditations, and meetings? How did these experiences, which were full of surprises and joy for everyone, affect the way these young people think, and how did they change their way of life?
