Agricultural Girls x Businesses" Forum - Thinking about the possibilities of agriculture and the region with agricultural girls - NoujyoLab Agricultural Girls Study Group has set up "Everyone should work with the fields to create a happy future for me, the region, and society" as its VISION. Our MISSION is to increase the number of farmers and those who are involved in agriculture. 　Currently, our members are from Tokushima, Aichi, Nagano, Chiba, Ibaraki, Fukushima, Tokyo, etc. We are a platform community run by women in agriculture from all over Japan. NoujyoLab Agricultural Women's Institute" is an official organization of the "Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Agricultural Women's Project". Activities include: 1) making friends and exchanging information, 2) disseminating role models to the world, and 3) planning and holding events and marche. Agricultural girls" are from different regions and produce, of course, but they also come from different backgrounds, positions, and careers. While working with agricultural products in the fields on a daily basis, they are rooted in the local community and have come to see the charms and challenges of the region as their own personal matters, and are expanding their activities with the hope of making the region more vibrant from their own standpoint. Although the "Agricultural Girls" are usually active at the grassroots level, they are full of hints about the charms of Japan and solutions to agricultural and regional issues. We have prepared a place where they can gather from the community with such thoughts and themes, share them with many people, and take actions and hints for solutions. This is the second "Girls in Agriculture x Companies" forum, and we will take the efforts of the girls in agriculture, which have been further updated since the first forum, as examples to discuss social issues in the region and in agriculture, and to create connections and new projects.
