Dinosaurs that inhabited the ancient Earth will be revived in Shibuya with the latest technology. "DINO SAFARI 2025" will be held at the Hikarie Hall on the 9th floor of Shibuya Hikarie during the Golden Week period from April 25th (Friday) to May 6th (Tuesday, holiday), 2025.

The performance is an immersive live entertainment event using the dinosaur-shaped mechanical suit "DINO-TECHNE" developed by ON-ART (Tachikawa, Tokyo). It is held every year during Golden Week at Shibuya Hikarie and has become a popular event that has been well received.

The highlight of this year's exhibition is the giant herbivorous dinosaur "Brachiosaurus," which is 13 meters long. This dinosaur with a long neck and large body will be appearing in Shibuya for the first time. In addition, visitors will be able to enjoy the stegosaurus family (parent: 7.0 meters long, child: 3.4 meters long) and the pair of pachycephalosauruses (5 meters long).

In addition, after the performance, there is a scene where the performers quietly pass by a sleeping 12-meter-long Tyrannosaurus Rex so as not to wake it up, providing the audience with a realistic dinosaur experience until the very end.

Professor Yoshitsugu Kobayashi (Hokkaido University Museum), a dinosaur scientist who continues to disseminate knowledge and research on dinosaurs worldwide, will supervise the performance as a "dedicated dinosaur supporter" at the venue. Following the giant Brachiosaurus, another highlight of the performance will be a young Tyrannosaurus (total length 7m) making its first appearance. When young, the whole body is covered with fluffy feathers and the ecology of Tyrannosaurus, which moves very quickly, will be enjoyable from an academic perspective as well.

In addition, the dinosaur goods shop "DINO Bazaar" will be held at the adjacent venue. More than 1,000 items will be lined up, including fossils, figurines, and original goods, and this year there will also be a "DINO Café" where you can try "Dinosaur Fossil Cookie Sets." The dinosaur-themed workshop "Exciting DINO Work" will offer activities that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike, such as fossil excavation, dinosaur scooping, and making original badges.

There are two types of tickets: Grass Arena (seats on the grass) and Hill Arena (chair seats). All seats come with a special "dinosaur card" and a DINO-A-LIVE guidebook.
