2025-08-08
Source: Peatix
As part of the JST COI-NEXT project "A co-creation hub for fostering a green job market based on the geopolitics of gastronomy," we aim to solve various environmental problems surrounding food and build new business supply chains that adapt to climate change. We will introduce research and activity examples from various fields and consider not only business but also our daily lives from various angles.
This time, we will be welcoming guest Komai Kenya (Director of Shika Town Fisheries Cooperative Association / Director of Shiga Prefectural Fisheries Federation Youth Association / Fisher Architect) to discuss the theme of "Realizing lifestyles that adapt to environmental changes," sharing advanced examples from producers in several regions of Japan and discussing the challenges that exist in adapting, the role of art in promoting behavioral change, and measures to promote behavioral change among consumers and producers.
