■ -season2- Message for the 4th event
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
It has already been five years since the GIGA School Project was launched, which aims to provide one device per student.
Learning has changed dramatically since we adults went to school.
The second phase of Next GIGA has begun, and in December last year the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology announced the Generative AI Guidelines (Ver. 2.0) for primary and secondary education.
But the real question isn't "How do we use generative AI?"
"What should education be like for children heading towards Society 5.0?" A renewed appreciation of the changing nature of learning and how new technology can contribute to this.
Education 2030, the new curriculum guidelines - learning practices and challenges based on the fundamental concepts have begun.
The Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, who has begun considering the next curriculum guidelines with schools in the 2030s in mind, said the following in his consultation:
"The development of digital technologies such as generative AI does not only impose difficulties and burdens associated with change on individuals and society, but also creates opportunities for the realization of diverse individual thoughts, wishes, and will. As the working-age population rapidly declines, it is essential for the future of our country that we mobilize all resources, including technology, to enable all children to realize their diverse and rich potential."
This event aims to let many diverse people know about this "new world of learning" including these.
Researchers working at the forefront of educational reform, practitioners who have supported the GIGA School Initiative, and evangelists at the forefront of technology will discuss the themes of generative AI and Web3.
For Web3 practitioners, this book offers tips on community management. For educators, it highlights the potential of Web3 that is right in front of them.
The answer lies in the field.
Let's learn together, think together, and create the future together.
