On July 4th (Sat), July 11th (Sat), and July 12th (Sun), the event "My Gaze, Your Gaze SHIBUYA ART WEEKEND," organized by Tokyu Corporation and produced by Bunkamura and me and you, will be held at Shibuya Hikarie 8/COURT.

The related event "My Gaze, Your Gaze: SHIBUYA ART WEEKEND" is being held in conjunction with "The Miracle of the Gaze: The Adventures of Japanese Female Photographers."

On July 4th, there will be a crosstalk session and a live music performance. On July 11th and 12th, there will be a photobook fair, workshops, and exhibitions during the day, followed by a crosstalk session or live music performance in the evening.

Gaze Talk
Yui Kiyohara (film director/video artist) x Yukkyun (DIVA) x Kimi Idonuma (Skin-Revealing Lights) "The Strata of Female Gaze as Seen Through Film Works"

Filmmaker and video artist Yui Kiyohara, whose film "A Window of Memories," which shares the personal memories and stories of two grandmothers through the bodies of two actors, will be screened at Bunkamura Le Cinema Shibuya Miyashita and other venues, will be joined by Yukkyun, who works as a DIVA and also organizes the screening project "Yukkyun Film Festival," and Kimi Idonuma of "Hadakeru Kosen," who began screening films and writing after encountering the poet Jonas Mekas. These three women, who have all encountered films that capture gazes and voices that truly reside in places outside the center, transcending time, will discuss works that evoke the Female Gaze.

Kiyohara Yui
Film director and video artist. Focusing on the memories of places and people, he creates research-based works that move between documentary and fiction. His directorial works, "Our House" and "Remembering Every Night," were consecutively screened in the Forum section of the Berlin International Film Festival and have been shown at numerous film festivals both in Japan and abroad. In 2025, he will hold the first retrospective screening in a movie theater at Bunkamura Le Cinema Shibuya Miyashita in Tokyo. His latest work, "A Window of Memories," will be screened in the International Competition section of the Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival 2025 and is scheduled for theatrical release this summer.

Yukkyun
Born in Okayama Prefecture in 1995. Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University Graduate School of Letters, Department of Comparative Arts. In 2021, she launched her self-produced solo singing career, "DIVA Project." In addition, she has been expanding her range of activities year by year, including writing lyrics for artists such as WEST. and Dempagumi.inc, appearing on radio, television, movies, and stage, writing essays, and organizing film festivals.

Kimi Idonuma
In 2018, I launched "Hadakeru Kousen," a personal project centered on film screenings and writing. I continue to contribute to various media outlets and hold irregular film screenings.
