Five samba teams participating in the Asakusa Samba Carnival—Liberdade, Saúde, Alegria, União dos Amadores, and Barbaros—will perform, enlivening the venue with live music and parades. Simone and Fumio Almeida will be in charge of the stage management.

This year, a new "Artist Booth" will be set up inside the venue. It will be a place where artists and performers can interact with attendees after their stage performances, and will include introductions to their works, photo opportunities, information on related merchandise, and special events.

The retail and service area will sell Brazilian beach sandals "Havaianas," beachwear, Brazilian cosmetics originating from the Amazon region, and products related to Brazilian and Latin American culture. There will also be booths on safety and disaster prevention, lifestyle information, and residency information, as well as activities for children.

The event will also feature a presentation on "Festa Junina," a traditional Brazilian festival. Festa Junina is a popular event held throughout Brazil from June to July, where people enjoy music, traditional food, and partner dancing. On the day of the event, "Kimobig," a group that promotes Brazilian culture in Japan, will perform "Quadrilla," a type of folk dance.
