The "SHIBUYA MIYASHITA PARK BON DANCE 2026" event, which combines traditional Bon Odori dance with dance music, will be held on September 26th and 27th at the lawn area of Miyashita Park, a Shibuya Ward municipal park on the 4th floor of MIYASHITA PARK.

Organized by the Meiji-dori Miyashita Park Shopping Association, this event, which began in 2023 with the aim of fusing Shibuya's culture with traditional Japanese festivals, is now in its fourth year. Centered around Bon Odori (traditional Japanese dance), it combines DJs, live music, dance, fashion, art, food and drink, and festival stalls to create a "free, unpretentious festival that everyone can enjoy," providing an opportunity for visitors and foreign tourists to mingle and showcase the charm of Shibuya.

The main event, "BON DANCE & Music," will feature Bon Odori (traditional Japanese dance), other traditional Japanese dances, dance music by DJs, live music, and dance performances. Bon Odori is scheduled to take place from 5:50 PM to 7:20 PM on both days.

Performers include Ageha Misaki, who provides instruction in Bon Odori (traditional Japanese dance), the Shibuya Ward Women's Organizations Liaison Council, Pokasukajan, UNO, ARICHANS, Umiya, SPACESHIP, Takushoku University Dance Circle "BLOOM", NiD Academy STARS, HINA+SAE CREW, and others. DJs YonYon, Sena, AZTHA, Yusuke Takayama, YUUKA GIMA, Kotono Shirai, and TSUNE will take turns performing each day.

The venue will also feature food and drink booths. These include yakisoba from "DJ BAR Bridge," yakitori from "chicken parade (Chikipare)," and on the 26th, "PIZZA VAN," and on the 27th, "Schmatz." An official bar will also be set up.

The event will also feature a "Festival Market" where visitors can enjoy music, fashion, art, and more in a traditional Japanese festival setting. In addition to selling original goods, clothing accessories, and other items, there will be shooting games, glitter scooping, karaoke, and physical fitness tests.

"CRAFT PARK," which brings together craft drinks and other items from all over Japan, will feature vendors such as "SR icecream" (craft ice cream), "haccoba" (craft sake), "Tsuruwo" (shaved ice and fruit soda), and "Espoir Shinkawa" (wine).

Open from 1pm to 9pm both days. Admission is free.
