The "Fiesta de España 2026," an event celebrating Spanish food, music, and culture, will be held on November 14th and 15th at the Yoyogi Park Event Plaza.

This event, which began in 2013 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Japan-Spain relations, is held annually as one of Japan's largest Spanish festivals. The venue features food and drink booths offering Spanish cuisine, wine, and beer, as well as flamenco performances and other events that showcase Spanish culture.

One of the highlights is the "Giant Pot Paella," where paella is cooked in a giant pot. Before cooking, the ingredients are arranged in the pot to create an original design, making the cooking process enjoyable from start to finish. On the 14th, "Seafood Paella" will be served from 11:30 AM, and "Flaming Chorizo Paella" from 2:30 PM. On the 15th, the order will be reversed. Each dish is priced at 1,300 yen.

The food and drink booths will include "Paella Grandpa," where a Spanish chef will serve paella and other dishes, Icon Europub, which will be selling Spanish beer "Estrella Galicia," and Soleic, which will be serving wine. A wide variety of Spanish dishes and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

The main stage will feature live flamenco performances. On the 14th, "Los Topos" will perform traditional flamenco as well as familiar songs arranged in a flamenco style, and on the 15th, the young artist team "Los Amigos" will take the stage. They will showcase dance (baile), singing (cante), and guitar music, and the stage will be interactive, with audience participation through clapping and cheering.

Starting around 2:40 PM on the 15th, a "Grand Quiz Contest" will be held for attendees, featuring questions about Spain and the event. Turkish Airlines is sponsoring the event, offering round-trip economy class air tickets to Spain as prizes.

The event will be held from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (until 7:00 PM on the 15th). Admission is free.
