In 2024, YamaTrips worked on branding Matsusaka beef.
This was implemented as a proposal to attract visitors to production areas away from the "Golden Route" and allow them to taste authentic Matsusaka beef locally.
As a result, the video has been viewed over 10 million times on social media, has received over 700,000 likes, and has received rave reviews from overseas.

This time, based on this success story, we will explain how to create a mechanism that will "impress" visitors to Japan in a way that can be replicated.
In addition, YamaTrips' unique "Inbound Tourist Intentions and Thought Chaos Map" will be released for the first time!
The second half will be in a workshop format where participants will work together to create plans that can be applied to their own communities and businesses.
