Furthermore, with the increase in inbound tourism and the growing need for local resources and experiential value at tourist and travel destinations, the connection between real estate, travel, and the local community is likely to have a major impact on people's lives, prosperity, and even urban development.

Inbound demand in Japan is showing a V-shaped recovery, boosted in part by the weak yen. According to a survey by the Japan Tourism Agency, inbound spending in 2024 is expected to reach a record high of 8.1395 trillion yen (up 53.4% from the previous year and up 69.1% from 2019).

Moreover, the nature of travel and trips has changed dramatically over the past decade. More and more people are traveling as if they were living there, and travel and tourism have become a part of life. Hotels are now part of "everyday tourism."

Set at SHIBUYA QWS, a venue for open innovation and the world's "questions," the event will be hosted by Kasoku Co., Ltd., ADDReC Co., Ltd., and micro development Co., Ltd., which are creating new value in the real estate industry. ◆Speakers and moderator introduction
1) Keisuke Arai / Founder & CEO, Kasoku Co., Ltd.

Born in Toyama Prefecture in 1991, he spent four years in New Zealand during his junior and senior high school years. In his first year at the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University, he started a multilingual services business. In his second year at university, he sold the business and used the capital he earned to start a hotel planning and management business in 2013. In 2015, he founded Kasoku Co., Ltd. Currently, as a hotel development and management consulting company, he is responsible for the entire process, from land acquisition to planning, design, development, sales, and management.

Shinichi Moriya / CEO of micro development inc. and CCO of ADDReC Inc.

Born in Hadano City, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1990. With the vision of "Making a hometown everyone can be proud of," he works across multiple organizations as a "microdeveloper" involved in the planning, design, and management of architecture and urban development. With architectural design as his base skill, he aims to solve social issues that cross urban and local boundaries through space production, new business development, and content development. After graduating from the Department of Architecture at Shibaura Institute of Technology and its graduate school, he worked at Nihon Sekkei Inc. and VUILD Inc. before starting his own business. He is a multi-talented worker who also holds positions at ADDReC Inc., the Super Homecoming Association, the NPO Local Design Network, and Open-A Inc.
He is the representative of micro development inc., where he works with a classmate from university to coordinate projects centered around spaces based in Higashiizu and Shibuya. He believes that creating new players is important for revitalizing the area, and he promotes local business planning and development with the motto "Start with starters."
