[Morning session: 9:15 AM (doors open at 9 AM)] [Afternoon session: 1:30 PM (doors open at 1:15 PM)] The lecturer will be Dr. Toshimichi Yoshida, proponent of the popular "Kin-chan Farming Method."

Professor Yoshida has been practicing agriculture that harnesses the power of microorganisms for many years, and has attracted attention for his astonishing results. His "Kin-chan Farming" method, which uses microorganisms in the soil to grow crops without the use of pesticides or fertilizers, is an environmentally friendly method that paves the way for the future of sustainable agriculture.
Professor Yoshida will explain in an easy-to-understand manner how to grow crops in fields filled with microorganisms, and how to turn weeds and insects that were previously considered enemies into allies. The content is easy to understand even for beginners, and there will be a question time so you can directly ask him for tips and advice that will be useful in your daily farming.
This time, the program will be more practical, incorporating a demonstration of how to make planters that can be used to grow vegetables on your balcony or in your garden, even if you don't have a field. This is a valuable opportunity for beginners and those already interested in fungus farming to learn more about agriculture that utilizes the power of nature.
Please make your reservation in advance as seats are limited. Applications can be easily made on this page, so please make your reservation early. Take this opportunity to learn together about the possibilities of agriculture that harnesses the power of nature. We look forward to your participation.

The fungus farming method is suitable for part-time farmers👨🌾
As a school for part-time farmers, our school is constantly searching for farming methods that are suitable for part-time farmers.By the way, the principal has also visited Itoman City, Okinawa Prefecture and Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture to attend Mr. Yoshida's classes, and was able to experience the classes and an actual farm.
There are several reasons why this farming method is also suitable for part-time farmers, one of which is that it requires almost no fertilizer. In the future, due to changes in the global situation, it is possible that imported fertilizers may become more expensive or even become unavailable. In this situation, farming methods that allow for cultivation without fertilizer are extremely effective. The second reason is that it does not require the use of machinery such as tractors. This is also an important factor in keeping initial costs down and making part-time farming possible. The third reason is the various effects of the vegetables. For more details, please refer to Professor Yoshida's book, but it has been proven that vegetables grown using this farming method are very good for the body. For these reasons, we recommend the "Kanchan Farming Method" used by Professor Yoshida 🎉
The only problem is that, although this farming method can be practiced in a home garden, it still requires a certain amount of land. Our school has already started practicing this method on a 1,000m2 plot of farmland in Mutsuzawa Town, Chiba Prefecture, for those who want to try it out.
