Shibuya, Hare to Ke / Vol.15 Dec,2024 "Shibuya illuminated, winter night colors"

"Shibuya, Hare and Ke" is a photo gallery that captures the everyday and extraordinary in Shibuya. The theme this time is "Shibuya illuminated, the colors of winter nights." Shibuya in winter is colored with shining illuminations that envelop the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are moments that can only be encountered in this season when the fantastic scenery woven by light and the true face of the city intersect. I would like to capture the winter nights of Shibuya where Hare and Ke intersect.

The illuminations of Hachiko Square sparkle as people wait for their appointments, smartphones in hand and stories of their own.

The vivid lights of the digital signage sparkle at your feet, as if projecting the memories of the city.

The "Blue Cave" in Yoyogi Park. The rows of zelkova trees are dyed blue, creating a fantastical world that makes you feel as if you are walking through the deep sea.

The urban core is a place where people come and go all the time, some on their way home, some visiting. It is a place where the ordinary and the extraordinary intersect and where the world suddenly changes.

Winter cherry blossoms blooming on Sakurazaka. Pink LEDs gently light up the quiet warmth amid the hustle and bustle of the city.

Nonbei Yokocho is lit up and bustling with people on their way home from work.
