We will be holding a seminar to support businesses opening in Shibuya Ward, aimed at those considering opening a store in the area. This seminar is part of the Shibuya Local Street Project, run by Shibuya Ward in collaboration with R Real Estate, to support businesses opening that will make the area more attractive.

This time, the course will cover how to choose a property to create a store that is unique to you.

When choosing a property to open a store, there are actually many different types of properties. In addition to buildings and condominiums, there are also cases where stores are opened in detached houses, apartments, and warehouses.
