Takao Ozawa

After graduating from Waseda University, he worked at SCSK before founding Bizseek in 1999, which he later sold to Rakuten. He then founded Crocos and sold it to Yahoo!, continuing his entrepreneurial path. At Rakuten, he was involved in the launch of the Rakuten Baseball Club, and at Yahoo!, he oversaw the expansion of the e-commerce business, the launch of PayPay, and major projects such as ZOZO, Ikkyu, and ASKUL, before becoming President and CEO of Yahoo! in 2022. In 2024, he founded Boost Capital, a hybrid venture capital and private equity firm, and in 2025, he established Boost Consulting, which specializes in AI.

Kaori Chiba

He began public speaking at the age of 15 and won the national public speaking competition four times, receiving the Prime Minister's Award and the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's Cup. After graduating from Keio University, he joined DeNA. While in the Human Resources Department, he launched the company's first speechwriting service, working across departments to solve problems such as training employees to speak at events and writing speeches for the CEO.

In 2019, he founded Kaeka Co., Ltd., and operates the public speaking training service "kaeka," which has provided services to over 7,000 people, including business executives, politicians, and working professionals, by quantifying their speaking abilities and helping them improve their communication skills. He also works on writing speeches for corporate general meetings and national elections. In 2023, he was selected for Toyo Keizai Inc.'s "100 Amazing Ventures" and Forbes JAPAN's "100 Rising Stars of the Next Generation: 100 Japanese Startups to Watch in 2024." His book is titled "The Strategy of Public Speaking."

Graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University. While at university, conducted research on entrepreneurial storytelling and was selected for an "Outstanding Graduation Project." Joined Kaeka Inc. in 2020. Has viewed and analyzed over 1500 speech and presentation videos, and is responsible for training business leaders, politicians, and junior and senior high school students. Also involved in training speech trainers and developing training curricula. As a product manager, led the development of the speaking style analysis tool "kaeka score" and the assignment submission system "kaeka portal."
