Mr. Ootoshi Kao
Executive Officer (VPoP) in charge of Product Development, Timee Co., Ltd.
Joined Recruit in 2014, where he led large-scale HR projects and B2B product strategy development. After serving as Executive Officer and VPoP at BellFace, he joined Timee Co., Ltd. in October 2023. Currently, as Head of Product and VPoP, he oversees product strategy and organizational management during the company's second founding phase.

Ogura Rin
Director / Speech Trainer, Kaeka Co., Ltd.
At Keio University, she researched entrepreneurial storytelling and was selected for an "Outstanding Graduation Project." After joining Kaeka, she has conducted over 1,500 analyses and is responsible for training business leaders and politicians. She is a specialist in verbalization and also leads training for PdMs at Timee Inc.
