Nagano City boasts the "ultimate" access network, allowing residents to reach major tourist destinations both inside and outside the city in approximately one hour.

With Nagano City as your base, you can visit various places, return to Nagano City, and fully enjoy both. That's exactly what you can do in Nagano City.

In Nagano City, a base for travelers, "Travel HUB Nagano City" opened last winter in front of the station.
We provide a one-stop service including snow information, various arrangement support, luggage storage, rentals, merchandise sales, and event space.

In Nagano City, which boasts a diverse network of transportation options, having a base in a convenient location in front of the station that can not only support travelers but also develop new services opens up new possibilities for travel. What can be done as a "travel hub" rather than just a "stopover point"?

Based on presentations of current initiatives at "Travel HUB Nagano City," we will hold an idea workshop and networking event with participants to generate travel ideas that utilize the hub, explore possibilities for future collaborations, and build connections.

We welcome anyone with a wide range of ideas and services, including those related to collaborations with neighboring areas beyond the city limits, collaborations between various services and industries, such as those stemming from a love for Nagano City, a passion for travel, a desire to develop services in Nagano City, or plans for tourism projects in partnership with Nagano City businesses.

★On the day of the event, there will also be a networking session where you can speak directly with the representative of Travel Hub.
★Ideas generated at the idea workshop may be tested and implemented at Travel Hub in the future.

Kotaro Hayashi, Representative Director, Field Design Co., Ltd.
Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1982. At Mie Kotsu Group, he was involved in creating destination-based travel products in cooperation with local governments, sales for major travel agencies, launching experience booking sites, and tourism consulting. In 2020, he became the representative director of Field Design Co., Ltd. He specializes in the tourism sector, handling product development, web production, and planning and production of promotional videos. Since 2021, he has served as an expert and web instructor for the Japan Tourism Agency's tourism content creation projects. In December 2025, he and other project members launched "Travel HUB Nagano City," a base in front of Nagano Station, working to create a new tourist route that integrates luggage storage, rentals, tourist information, and tour sales.
