The Shibuya Tourism Association will open a night-time tourist information center, "SHIBUYA WARM-UP STATION," for five days from February 7th (Friday) to the 11th (Tuesday, national holiday) 2025. With the number of foreign tourists visiting Japan increasing, this will be the first attempt to provide real-time tourist information at night, with the aim of revitalizing the night-time economy.

In response to the many complaints from tourists visiting Japan such as "I don't know where to go tonight" and "I want to know how to enjoy the night safely," SHIBUYA WARM-UP STATION will have local staff familiar with Shibuya's nightlife provide information tailored to individual needs. In addition, wristbands will be distributed, and a service will be developed in which customers can enjoy welcome drinks at 20 affiliated stores, including music bars and restaurants. A variety of services will be available for tourists, including luggage storage (500 yen per item), the sale of Shibuya-exclusive souvenirs such as official mascot "SHIBUYA♡HACHI" goods, and audio AR guides.

In particular, the audio AR guide will be a trial sale of a location-based audio tour that lets you enjoy "how to walk around Shibuya at night." It is attracting attention as a new content that allows you to travel around while experiencing Shibuya's night culture. In addition, a special night event is scheduled to be held on the first day, February 7th.

During the period, in addition to providing information to tourists, they will also be holding activities to raise awareness of manners so that people can enjoy nightlife safely and securely. These five days will expand the ways to enjoy the night, not only for tourists visiting Japan, but for everyone who visits Shibuya.
