An interactive paranormal photography exhibition, "The Exhibition for Those Who Can See," will begin on August 28th at the event space on the 3rd floor of Building B at Seibu Shibuya. The event is organized by TwoGate (Setagaya Ward), a company that develops software for the entertainment field.

This exhibition allows visitors to experience, through photographs and videos, the perspective of someone who can see "something" invisible to others. The exhibited photographs appear at first glance to be unremarkable landscape photographs, but each one has been verified and supervised by a psychic, and is said to be "visible to those who can see."

The exhibition was first held in April 2025 at "OLDHAUS," a 93-year-old traditional Japanese house located in Namikibashi, Shibuya. It featured photographs specially taken with themes of ruins, forests/power spots, and urban areas.

In August and September of the same year, the second "For Those Who Can See - Zero -" exhibition was held at the Fukushima Building in Nihonbashi, which was scheduled for demolition due to redevelopment. Using all eight areas on the first basement floor and the first floor above ground, the exhibition featured not only photographic displays but also rooms recreating the field of view of "people who can see" and a video theater, and the total number of visitors for the two exhibitions reached approximately 40,000.

For this third installment, the venue chosen was the Seibu Shibuya store, which is scheduled to close on September 30th. The organizers decided to hold the event at this store, which is closing its doors after 58 years of history, because they have previously held the event in places that evoke the memories of the land and buildings, such as old houses with a long history or buildings that are scheduled for demolition.

The exhibition will feature photographs taken in ruins, cities, and power spots throughout Japan, as well as newly taken works from the United States, Thailand, and China. It will showcase what "psychics" saw in lands with different cultures, histories, and forms of belief.

The project was supervised by Sequence Hayatomo, a psychic comedian affiliated with Yoshimoto Kogyo, and Miyoshi, a psychic who runs a counseling salon using clairvoyance and spiritual vision. The two reportedly visited filming locations both domestically and internationally with the staff.

Sequence Hayatomo says, "When you travel from country to country, religion changes, and so do the ways in which the afterlife and spiritual beings exist. I want you to enjoy the occult, which is more mysterious and strange than anywhere else, yet still raw and authentic."

Miyoshi describes the world he sees as "a world where diverse information is layered like a mille-feuille, with illustrations and effects superimposed on top of a photograph." He says, "I hope people can experience a part of the process of recognizing, sorting, and interpreting these things."

Opening hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last entry at 7:00 PM). Admission fees are 1,900 yen on weekdays and 2,300 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Children under elementary school age are admitted free of charge. For same-day tickets only, students can enter for 1,600 yen on weekdays and 1,800 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Visitors will receive a limited quantity of "purification salt" as a gift.

The exhibition runs until September 30th.
