He serves as a generative AI evangelist and lead AI producer at Explaza Inc. He focuses on the social implementation and popularization of generative AI technology, and promotes AI implementation support for companies and community activities.

In his previous jobs at Gaudiy and Reiwa Travel, he was involved in a wide range of planning and implementation projects, including implementing agents on SNS and generating large amounts of content using no-code tools such as Dify. Utilizing his experience as a PdM at Rakuten and Mercari, he also speaks and writes about PdM, and has recently become particularly interested in the AIxPM field.

We disseminate information on the potential of generative AI technology and practical applications, and support companies in promoting digital transformation and creating innovation. Our mission is to be a bridge between technology and society, aiming to realize a future where AI and humans coexist.

Takeshi Namikawa

He works as an engineer at WEEL Inc., which claims to be "the most transparent group of AI professionals in Japan."
Engaged in PoC verification of AI algorithms and related AI systems, as well as providing services to improve business efficiency.
Currently, he is working on building a RAG system using vector databases and product development utilizing local LLM.

Hideaki Okamoto

He studied machine learning and computer vision at Hosei University Graduate School, where he received his master's degree and published a paper in IEEE BigData.
After joining SoftBank as a machine learning engineer in 2021, he was quickly recognized as a highly marketable AI talent and was promoted at an accelerated rate.
In November 2023, he joined PayPay as a Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning, leading the development of AI-based products, local LLM/RAG, and AI agents.
In parallel, he works as a machine learning engineer, software engineer, and PM at several AI startups including Almondo.
Algion Inc. was established in June 2025. With a focus on corporate AI solutions, AI consulting, and SaaS products, the company aims to create a society where all people can devote their time to creativity and growth.
