[Shibuya Wonderland] This song, that song! Take a peek at Record Cafe RECOCO Shibuya, which can be enjoyed by everyone from teens to the Showa generation!

Shibuya Wonderland introduces a wide range of new spots, art, architecture, and trends in Shibuya! This time, we visited the Record Cafe on Hachiman Street in Shibuya 3-chome. It seems to have become a popular spot among young people recently... So, put on your backpack and start your adventure in Shibuya Wonderland!

Thankfully, about a minute's walk from Konno Hachimangu Shrine, there is the shining "Record Cafe Recoco Shibuya" sign! The exterior is so beautiful that it dazzles my farsighted eyes!

By the way, this is "side A store" which opened in July. Next to it was "side B store", the first store which opened in December last year, but it has now been converted into "Heisei Retro Cafe RETOPO", which is sure to interest even men from the Showa era. This one looks interesting too!!

The interior is clean, simple and refreshing. The walls are lined with intriguing records!
The price is 1,320 yen on weekdays and 1,650 yen on weekends and holidays, including one drink and cover charge, and you can choose up to three records at a time and listen to them as much as you like! However, when it's busy, it seems to be limited to 90 minutes! It was moderately crowded on this day, so you could listen to it until your ears fell off!
It's completely cashless, so Shibusawa-san can't use it!Please be careful!

"Side A" is a two-floor structure with 40 seats, consisting of the first floor and the basement. The basement floor is a calm space with a wood grain design, and is equipped with Wi-Fi and power outlets, so it can also be used as a work cafe!
And now, let's head to the basement floor!!
Ah! Each table has two seats next to each other, so if you go with a group of middle-aged men, it can look a bit strange, so be careful! This time, the editor in charge also accompanied us.

There are about 300 records available, covering a wide range of genres from R&B and Western classics to J-POP and K-POP. You can also enjoy the record jackets and lyric sheets!!!

Here we go!!! First shot!!! What to choose!!!
Deke deke deke deke deke deke den!!

Before listening, I ordered a melon cream soda for 850 yen and a Recoco Baumkuchen for 550 yen.Increased blood sugar and excitement!!

"Never-ending Song" touches the hearts of men who are nearing the end of their lives. Then comes "Linda Linda"!!Increased blood sugar and blood pressure!!

The Blue Hearts sparked my love for records! The next one I picked up was Oasis' 30th anniversary album "Definitely Maybe". The inside of the jacket is also packed with artwork, and I can enjoy the other version of the legendary "Definitely Maybe" too!

Next is Vaundy's "replica" with a see-through jacket! Sorry. I'm listening to it too. I like "Left a note". When I get home today, I hope there's no green notification or left a note from my wife.
Next up, while praying, is the city-like "LAS TALBUM" by KANDYTOWN! I've been a fan of this crew since they first formed! "Curtain Call"I still love it!!

Next up was "Magical Angel Creamy Mami 80's on VINYL" which I couldn't help but pick up because of the cover, and I heard so many songs that I thought were familiar... For some reason, I was reminded of the anime "Magical Princess Minky Momo", which is famous for its incredibly sad final episode.

The final record was the most popular foreign movie of my life, "Pulp Fiction"! I still have this record in my house! What's so great about it is!!!
Seriously! There's a scene from the movie at the beginning of the song!
The best one is Chuck Berry's "You Never Can Tell"! If you've seen the movie, you know the dance scene where Vincent (John Travolta) dances with Mia (Uma Thurman)!

It's the best!!!

Well, I enjoyed it so much that my blood sugar levels and excitement were at their highest.
Apparently the customers are usually women in their teens and twenties?
Business hours are from 11:00 to 21:00. There was a wide variety of items that could be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders, but I wish there were more! I also thought it would be nice if they were available for purchase in stores.
