"DEI Session vol.4: Understanding Disabilities and Utilizing AI"
- Create your own "instruction manual" with AI -
Recently, more and more people are turning to generative AI for advice about their work-related worries and careers.
AI is a powerful ally, helping you organize and verbalize your thoughts, just like a personal mentor.
Why not use this reliable partner to help you understand your own disability?
How can we communicate this characteristic without misunderstanding it?
"What considerations can I ask for to be more effective?"
Even with such delicate concerns, if you are talking to an AI, you can feel free to consult them as many times as you like in an environment where psychological safety is maintained.
Dialogue with AI is like creating your own "instruction manual." Objectively take stock of your own characteristics and verbalize the necessary considerations. Discussing your ideas with AI may be the first step towards realizing a work style that suits you.
This event will discuss "Understanding Disabilities and the Use of AI" with Kazunari Sasaki, a person with a disability who uses AI to support the careers of people with disabilities, provide reasonable accommodations for the employment of people with disabilities, and for his own mentoring, and Nanami Oumae, who supports the introduction of web accessibility and is a member of the executive committee of the Generative AI Koshien.
The event will be a hybrid offline/online event, and participation is free, so if you're interested, please come along.
